As an ABA Behavior Technician, you'll enjoy the flexibility to choose between part-time and full-time positions. Whether you prefer to work in a school setting from 8 am to 3 pm or provide in-home support from 3 pm to 8 pm, we've got you covered.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR ABA BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN

As a full- or part-time ABA Behavior Technician, you'll start by arriving at your designated location, ready to provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Working closely with a BCBA, you'll implement personalized therapy programs for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, community, and school settings. You'll witness the progress of your clients firsthand as you provide one-on-one support, collect valuable data, and collaborate with families and team members.

Here's what we need from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel to school or home sessions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred!
