Shanna brings over 25 years of dedicated service in Early Childhood Education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to us at the Treetop ABA Therapy. Throughout her career, she has held diverse roles including Community Outreach Specialist, Early Childhood Director, Social Media Marketing Manager, ABA Intake Coordinator, and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Supervisor and Trainer. Now specializing in Talent Acquisition within the ABA sector, Shanna is driven by her passion for working with children and families.

Her commitment to excellence in ABA recruitment is rooted in firsthand experience and a deep understanding of education, behavior analysis, and community engagement. This unique perspective enables Shanna to identify top talent who share her dedication to positively impacting the lives of individuals with developmental needs. In addition to her recruitment responsibilities, Shanna leads a team of Talent Acquistion Specialists guiding and mentoring them to ensure a high standard of excellence and cohesion within the team.
