Program Description

Treetop ABA Therapy sends text messages to families and prospective families who have opted in. Messages relate to intake and enrollment follow-up, appointment scheduling and reminders, service coordination, insurance and authorization updates, satisfaction surveys, and, where you have provided additional consent, occasional informational or promotional updates about our services.

Consent

When you provide your mobile phone number through one of our forms and check the consent box, you authorize Treetop ABA Therapy to send recurring automated text messages to that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving ABA therapy services or any purchase. You may decline messaging and still receive care and information from us through other channels.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the stage of your inquiry or care. You may receive messages in response to your requests, as well as recurring messages such as appointment reminders.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Treetop ABA Therapy does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates will apply.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number. You may also contact us directly using the information in Section 9 to request removal.

Carriers Not Liable

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information you share when opting in to text messaging, including your phone number and consent status, is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and to coordinate your care. 3. Telephone Communications (TCPA)

By providing your phone number, you may also consent to receive phone calls and voicemails, including calls placed using automatic telephone dialing systems or prerecorded or artificial voices, for the purposes described above. As with text messaging, this consent is not a condition of receiving services, and you may opt out at any time by requesting removal during any call or by contacting us directly. We honor the National Do-Not-Call Registry and applicable state Do-Not-Call laws.

4. Health Information

Treetop ABA Therapy is a healthcare provider. When we collect or create health information as part of providing ABA therapy services, that information is Protected Health Information governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and applicable state law. The handling of Protected Health Information is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to clients at the start of services and controls over these Terms with respect to such information. Information submitted through our website forms before the start of clinical services is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, the Treetop name and mark, and the arrangement of these materials, is owned by or licensed to Treetop ABA Therapy and is protected by intellectual property laws.
